Deaf Access Services
The Deaf Access Program works with Deaf Access Chicago.
The majority of the Deaf Access Program primary care medical offices are with Access Community Health Network. Dr. David Ebert provides most of the services of Deaf Access in Access Community Health Network. More information about his practice for adults is available at his button on the left of this page.
Deaf Access also works with other accessible services at Mount Sinai Hospital, which includes primary care doctors, mental health services, and accessible specialty services and tests. Use the buttons on the left side of this page to learn more about these services
Consumers of Deaf Access have also used other hospitals for some services. A list of hospitals which have been recommended by consumers for having sign language access is at the button "Chicago Area Hospitals" on the left.
